Roy has been working in the field of strategic communications, marketing communications and media relations for a range of clients in the healthcare, government and economic sector at national and European levels. He has been practicing and teaching mindfulness for more than 20 years.
After his studies of philosophy at the University of Aarhus, Denmark, Øivind has worked in the multimedia industry for 15 years. He has 18 years of personal experience with mindfulness training, supplemented with education and courses in personal development. He is a certified trainer and teaches philosophy and Mindfulness in Copenhagen.

Martin is studying work-life studies at university and has participated in several research projects on psycho-social work environment and the implementation of mindfulness in corporate life. Linda has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 35 years including Director level positions in both Quality Assurance and Operations. She holds a BSc in Chemistry & Biology , post-graduate qualifications in Psychology and Change Management and an EMBA from Chulalonghorn University in Bangkok. Linda has been working as a consultant and trainer since 1997 and has been practicing mindfulness since 1995.

One of his main interests is the promotion and development of “Corporate Social Responsibility” in the business world. Esther holds a Master in Public and Social Politics from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and studied NGO's management at ESADE in Barcelona. She is a member of Universal Education and has facilitated mindfulness workshops - also with children - since 2007.

Patrick holds a degree in Business Science (Hons) from the University of Cape Town. Patrick has facilitated training workshops since 2009. He has more than 6 years' experience of daily mindfulness practice and has completed several mindfulness retreats. Jens has lived and worked both in Sweden and the US. Educated as a psychologist his main interest and great expertise lies with the application of Mind Trainings in the stressful environment of especially lawyers and law firms. Equipped with a degree in Business Administration and after a successful sales career of more than a decade with a big Multinational, Aysin has been a professional trainer for several years. She has moved from running sales, performance and communication workshops to training Mindfulness as this is where she found her real passion.
Amy Pletsch – Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA
Amy holds a BA in biology and a PhD in neuroscience and has researched the interface of genetic differences in the stress system and environmental influences and their interaction with emotional salience, coping abilities, and cognitive function. Amy has taught in various settings for over 10 years, holds a graduate certificate in "Teaching and Learning Scholarship", and has been involved in mindfulness practice since 2005.
Viggo Johansen – Oslo, Norway
Viggo combines a Master in Philosophy and 3 years education in Cognitive Therapy with 18 years of experience with mindfulness training. He works for The Potential Project's licensed partner company "Intui - centre for mind training" in Oslo, Norway, where he teaches mindfulness individually and in groups.
Pierluca Ruzzier – Verona, Italy
Pierluca holds a Masters Degree of Educational Psychology and Clinical Pedagogy and is the founder of the Psycho-pedagogical Center which is based on the studies of humanistic psychology and clinical pedagogy. He is an experienced trainer of Mindfulness Techniques, both with adults as well as with children.
