If you have an iPhone or Android smartphone you can download the Potential Project app for mindfulness training. With the app you can

 

  • Listen to mindfulness practices on your phone.
  • Create reminders to help you remember your mindfulness training during the day.
  • Keep a log of all the practices you do.
  • Create practices of custom length with silence and mindfulness bells.

Three ways to install the app:

  • Search for "Mindfulness by Potential Project" in the App Store on your phone.
    or
  • Visit the page for the app on iTunes.
    or
  • Use the QR code below (with an app like "Optiscan")



For Android

 

Three ways to install the app:

  • Start "Market" on your phone and search for "Potential Project Mindfulness". Install the app.
    or
  • Visit the page for the app on the web version of Android Market.
    or
  • Use the QR code below (with an app like "Barcode scanner" or "QR Droid")
