About the Role:

At Potential Project, we provide high-touch, high-quality client service to our always expanding portfolio of Clients. As such, we are currently seeking a Client Manager who can partner with our Clients, Account Leads, and Sales Team to help fulfill program needs, as well as maintain and grow business relationships with current and new clients. The Client Manager will serve as the project manager and coordinator for the implementation and delivery of our programs and services, as well as have full responsibility and ownership in ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner closely with Account Lead and Sales Team to deliver on contracted commitments.
  • Establish, grow and develop the Client relationship for ongoing program delivery.
  • Project management of design and delivery of new products and services for Clients.
  • Responsible for the implementation and coordination of new and ongoing deliveries.
  • Ongoing program management and scheduling, including partnering with contractors, facilitators, finance and operations to ensure a consistent quality experience.
  • Prepare reports on a per-program, monthly and quarterly basis for Client and Account Lead.
  • Complete ownership of the end-to-end process required for program delivery, including on-call support and productions needs for virtual program delivery. Webex and Zoom experience required for troubleshooting issues.  
  • Support, schedule and onboard trainers for newClient programs.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual to play a central role in shaping the future of a global, mission-driven professional services organization whose goal it is to revolutionize how people work and live. This position will be based out of North America, and applicants must work in the Eastern Standard time zone. However, as you will be part of a global team, there may be times you are asked to flex your work hours to accommodate other time zones.

We are growing rapidly, so although this role will initially start at 25-30 hours, Monday through Friday, this is expected to increase in the future. Please note we can only accept self-employed applicants as this is a contract position.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Has a daily personal mindfulness practice.
  • Solid experience with office management tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Solid experience with Zoom and Webex.  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years of prior experience in client management and/or consulting.  
  • 3+ years of prior experience in managing mid to large-size projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Program implementation experience a plus.
  • 2+ years of program analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to be micro focused to ensure quality delivery, while maintaining a macro, strategic focus on overall program growth and initiatives.
  • Important: Strong sense of ownership and responsibility. There may be times you will need to flex your hours to accommodate certain deliveries. We do all we can to help you maintain a strong work/life balance, while also meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations.
  • As this is a virtual position, you must provide your own computer. The minimum internet requirements are 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
