You will join our global, virtual Solutions Team as a Solution Lead.
You will lead small, client-facing teams to solution, sell and contract scalable mind training and leadership development programs in large, global organizations. You will facilitate the initial solutioning and proposals to our clients that enable their people to harness the full potential of their mind and enable top teams to lead with both humanity and performance.
You will also be an inspiring leader who will apprentice and mentor colleagues. You will contribute to and build knowledge that enables us to be at the forefront of truly enabling a more human world of work at scale.
Specific to this role, it is essential to have: a strong client-orientation, an expertise in creating learning solutions to meet client challenges, compelling and authentic presentation skills, and the ability to contract and close sales opportunities. In this role you will effectively collaborate cross-functionally across Product Development, Marketing, Finance, Delivery teams as well as with Potential Project Partners. Effective collaboration and communication in a virtual global team is essential.
You are able to commit to 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in the Central European or Eastern Standard time zones. Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our own talk.
