About the role

You will join our global, virtual Solutions Team as a Solution Lead.

You will lead small, client-facing teams to solution, sell and contract scalable mind training and leadership development programs in large, global organizations. You will facilitate the initial solutioning and proposals to our clients that enable their people to harness the full potential of their mind and enable top teams to lead with both humanity and performance.

You will also be an inspiring leader who will apprentice and mentor colleagues. You will contribute to and build knowledge that enables us to be at the forefront of truly enabling a more human world of work at scale.

Specific to this role, it is essential to have: a strong client-orientation, an expertise in creating learning solutions to meet client challenges, compelling and authentic presentation skills, and the ability to contract and close sales opportunities. In this role you will effectively collaborate cross-functionally across Product Development, Marketing, Finance, Delivery teams as well as with Potential Project Partners. Effective collaboration and communication in a virtual global team is essential.

You are able to commit to 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in the Central European or Eastern Standard time zones. Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our own talk.

Areas of Priority:

  • Work with client prospects to understand business requirements and define overall solutions
  • Driving your own sales opportunities and building long lasting client relationships
  • Support Key Account Leads and Partners to scope and solution client opportunities
  • Prepare and present services and solutions to prospects and clients virtually and on-site, as applicable, via video, events, conferences, etc
  • Develop sales proposals. Review and provide input to marketing content
  • Conduct solutioning for proposals, follow-up questions, presentations, pricing, negotiations, and statements of work (SOWs)
  • Own all solution handoff documentation and run internal “kickoffs” for transfer to the delivery teams once deal completed
  • Provide constant input and learning to improve solutioning and supporting sales materials
  • Guide the solutioning process at a key deal level to identify and execute strategic sales cycles
  • Provide insight into what’s resonating in the marketplace by client type, industry segment, business model, etc and apply that to winning proposals
  • Serve as the central solutions person from pipeline development and proposal development to deal closure and delivery launch

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Professional experience in similar position and/or relevant responsibilities in the past
  • Experience within the learning industry preferred
  • Customer focus
  • Customer business understanding & acumen
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills (oral & written)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to switch between sales solutioning tasks and project specific activities
  • MS office skills in advanced level (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
