About the Role:

We are seeking a Facilitator Engagement and Staffing Coordinator to join our virtual global team. Working in close collaboration with colleagues, you will support the recruitment, development, engagement, and coordination of our global network of facilitators. You will help us in realizing our purpose – to create a more human world of work – by ensuring we have skilled facilitators for client opportunities. You will maintain our internal database of facilitators and help us ensure we are strategic in how we manage and develop our network.

Specific to this role, it is essential to be service oriented and have a strong attention to detail, the ability to deliver work to a high-quality standard and to exhibit excellent virtual communication skills. Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture.

We are looking for someone who can commit to 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This position is ideally suited to someone in the United States or Central European Time Zone.  

Please note we can only accept self-employed applicants as this is a contract position. 

Areas of Priority:

  • Support the execution of the Facilitator Development and Engagement Strategy
  • Advise Senior Client Leads/Directors on facilitator options and availability for all client assignments
  • Act as the one point of contact for the allocation of facilitator client assignments across the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate data on the skills sets and availability of facilitators in respect of client assignments
  • Maintain an overview of facilitators engagements for both external and internal activities
  • Support tracking of delivery quality and opportunities for development
  • Establish frameworks and processes in consultation with team members that support transparency of all facilitator activity
  • Undertake recruitment outreach ensuring strategic needs of organization are met.
  • Respond to facilitator enquiries regarding assignment opportunities
  • Maintain role integrity and personal impartiality at all times 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working in a global (ideally) professional services firm
  • Experience working in a staffing / coordination / project management role
  • Experience working with sensitive information  
  • Demonstrates a highly collaborative, service oriented, team-player mind-set
  • Can thrive working independently in a virtual, global organization
  • An excellent level of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Having a daily personal meditation practice
