About the Role:

You will join our global, virtual Client Services Group as a Knowledge Management Consultant.

You will help shape and lead the knowledge management function within the Client Services team with specific oversight for the integrity, efficiency, and accessibility of our product and solution ecosystem. In collaboration with the design, facilitator, IT and client project teams, you will create and manage processes that enhance our ability as an organization to efficiently capture and utilize our knowledge, intellectual capability and solutioning outcomes that underpin our client programs. You will serve as a catalyst to harness and distribute customized client program content across design teams to elevate our offerings in a way that promotes synergies and knowledge sharing.

You are able to commit to 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in European time zones. Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our own talk.

You Will Focus On:

  • Designing, building, and managing Potential Projects knowledge management infrastructure
  • Creating and building the PPI Knowledge Management library assuming the role of ‘librarian’
  • Creating and enabling cohesive, systemized processes to organize all client offerings content
  • Acting as the ‘go-to’ person for all PPI knowledge related matters, assisting and guiding design teams and PP facilitators to utilize existing IP content in order to offer “off the shelf” tailored customized client programs
  • Building relationships with client solution leads, leadership architects, design consultants, to capture updates and product customizations that might be useful to others who are solutioning and designing.
  • Organizing and expanding our database of reference materials highlighting and promoting new product additions and customizations identifying gaps, enhancements and new emerging trends
  • Holding responsibility for securing and managing PPI’s intellectual property
  • Caring for our product integrity with regular updates to all content containing science studies, research stats, quotes, tips and micro-practices.
  • Creating innovative digital ways to enable all team members and network to access information around offerings and Potential Project assets
  • Using your creative talents to standardize client deliverables and products for re-use across PPI

You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years in professional services or professional training with proven expertise in a Learning Design and Program Design environment
  • An advanced degree (e.g., MA, MBA, MS, PhD)
  • Extensive personal meditation practice in excess of 5 years
  • Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking, research and analytical skills
  • Exceptional time and proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams with operational discipline
  • A hands-on approach and a passion for setting up systems and processes that enhance the organization and management of diverse topics
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Platform and Microsoft suite
  • Self-starter with an exceptional sense of ownership, ability to work in scale-up organization and to thrive in complex environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and to work effectively across teams and with people at all levels in an organization
  • Creativity, curiosity, and passion for learning across knowledge domains
