You will join our global, virtual Product Team as a Leadership Development Design Architect.
You will lead small, client-facing teams to design and deliver scalable leadership development programs in large, global organizations. You will facilitate transformational journeys that enable leaders at all levels to harness the full potential of their mind and top teams to lead with both humanity and performance.
You will also be an inspiring leader who will apprentice and mentor colleagues. You will contribute to and build knowledge that enables us to be at the forefront of truly enabling more human leadership at scale.
You are able to commit to 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in the Central European or Eastern Standard time zones. Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our own talk.
