About the Role:

You will join our global, virtual Solutions Team as a Solution Consultant.

You will be part of small, client-facing teams that solution, sell and contract scalable mind training and leadership development programs in large, global organizations. You will support and be part of initial solutioning and proposals to our clients that enable their people to harness the full potential of their mind and enable top teams to lead with both humanity and performance.   

You will have direct interaction with clients and will support Solution Leads and Account Leads in proposals, solutioning and commercial activities. You will also contribute to and build knowledge capital internally that enables Potential Project to be at the forefront of truly enabling a more human world of work at scale.

Specific to this role, it is essential to have: a strong client-orientation, experience in creating learning solutions to meet client challenges, compelling and authentic presentation skills, and experience in contracting and supporting the closure of sales opportunities. In this role you will effectively collaborate within the Solution team itself as well as cross-functionally across Product Development, Marketing, Finance and Delivery teams. Effective collaboration and communication in a virtual global team is essential to the role.

You are able to commit to 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in the Central European or Eastern Standard time zones. Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our own talk.

Please note that this is a self-employed role.

Areas of Priority:

  • Work with and support Solution Leads to understand client prospect business requirement sand help to define overall solutions
  • Support Solution Leads to scope and solution client opportunities
  • Help to prepare and present services and solutions to prospects and clients virtually and on-site, as applicable, via video, events, conferences, etc
  • Support in the development of sales proposals
  • Conduct solutioning for proposals, follow-up questions, presentations, pricing, negotiations, and statements of work (SOWs) working within a Solution team
  • Provide input and learning to improve solutioning and supporting sales materials
  • Support Solution Leads to drive sales opportunities and enable long lasting client relationships

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in solutioning
  • Can thrive working independently in a virtual, global organization
  • Professional experience in similar position and/or relevant responsibilities in the past
  • Experience within the learning industry preferred
  • Customer focus and business understanding
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills (oral & written)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to switch between sales solutioning tasks and internal project specific activities
  • MS office skills in advanced level (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
