About the Role:

You will join our global, virtual Product Team as a Leadership Design Consultant.

You will be a pro-active contributor to small, client-facing teams to design and deliver scalable leadership development programs in large, global organizations. You will facilitate transformational journeys that enable leaders at all levels to harness the full potential of their mind and top teams to lead with both humanity and performance.  

You will contribute to and build knowledge that enables us to be at the forefront of truly enabling more human leadership at scale.

You are able to commit to 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in the Central European or Eastern Standard time zones. Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our own talk.

Areas of Priority:

  • Support client engagements from end-to-end (discovery, design, delivery)
  • Be a pro-active contributor to small, client facing teams to discover leadership needs and develop leadership development solutions
  • Facilitate and/or co-facilitate leadership development workshops with executives at all levels
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements or new offerings in our leadership solution suite
  • Mentor and develop colleagues to grow as leadership development professionals
  • Work closely with commercial team to develop and sell leadership development solutions

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive personal meditation practice, usually in excess of 2 years, including a daily meditation practice and participation in at least 1 week-long retreat
  • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred
  • Accredited leadership development facilitator and/or coach
  • 5+ years in professional services or professional training and coaching, with proven expertise in at least 2 of the following domains: Leadership Development, Design Thinking / Learning Design / Program Design, or Strategy Consulting
  • Self-starter with an exceptional sense of ownership, ability to work in scale-up organization and to thrive in high-pressure client situations
  • Excellent executive presence and comfort functioning at senior levels of client organizations
  • Proven track record of client management, including developing and delivering scalable leadership development programs from end-to-end
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and inspire teams and to help scope, design, and deliver leadership solutions for challenging business situations
  • Excellent level of English in oral, written and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams with operational discipline
  • Ability to work in CET or EST time zone
  • A commitment of 30-40 hours a week, Monday through Friday
  • Flexibility to travel 20-30% of the time
