About the Role:

You will join our client-facing teams to primarily solution, but also design and deliver leadership development programs in large, global organizations. In your role as Leadership Solutions Architect, you will enable growth and impact at our US clients. You will be supporting transformational journeys that enable top teams and leaders at all levels to harness the full potential of their mind and lead with both humanity and performance.  

You are able to commit to 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in US time zones, ideally US Eastern Time. A dedicated contemplative practice is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our own talk. 

Please note that this is a self-employed role.

You Will Focus On:

  • Lead client engagements from end-to-end with a focus on solutioning (solutioning, design, delivery)  
  • Drive client development and build lasting client relationships  
  • Lead agile, client-facing teams to discover leadership needs and develop leadership development solutions  
  • Facilitate leadership development workshops with executives at all levels  
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements or new offerings in our leadership solution suite  
  • Mentor and develop colleagues to grow as leadership development professionals.  

You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years in professional services or professional training and coaching, with proven expertise in at least 2 of the following domains: Commercial Leadership, Leadership Development or Strategy Consulting  
  • Extensive personal meditation practice in excess of 5 years  
  • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred 
  • Self-starter with an exceptional sense of ownership, ability to work in scale-up organization and to thrive in high-pressure client situations  
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization  
  • Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams with operational discipline.  
  • Ability to work in US Eastern Time zone
