About the Role:

Potential Project is growing significantly and the People Team will make sure that the organization attracts the right people, integrates them very practically as well as culturally and supports everyone tapping into their full potential.  

We are seeking a People Team Assistant to join our virtual global team and support the People Team with a special focus on recruitment activities.

Specific to this role, it is essential to be service oriented and have a strong attention to detail, the ability to deliver work to a high-quality standard and to exhibit excellent virtual communication skills.  

Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture.  

We are looking for someone who can commit to 15-20 hours per week, ideally Monday through Friday. This position is ideally suited to someone who can work with colleagues in the CET time zone.  

Please note we can only accept self-employed applicants as this is a contract position.

Areas of Priority:

  • Support and drive the continuous improvement of our ways to recruit
  • Play an active role in the recruitment process
  • Support the People Team in a broad range of tasks
  • Maintaining and updating People documents and folders
  • Reporting on HR metrics

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A purpose driven spirit, aligned with our mission of contributing to a more peaceful, kinder world
  • Demonstrates a highly collaborative, service oriented, team-player mind-set
  • Can thrive working independently in a virtual, global organization
  • Ideally experience in remote recruitment  
  • An excellent level of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Having a daily personal meditation practice
