About the Role:

We are seeking a Program Evaluation Analyst to join our global, virtual Behavior and Data Sciences team. Working in close collaboration with colleagues, you will be responsible for our program evaluations and report creations.

Specific to this role, it is essential to combine research techniques and report skills, the ability to delivery work to a high-quality standard, and to exhibit excellent virtual communication skills. Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture.

We are looking for someone who can commit to 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in US time zones, ideally US Pacific Time (PT).  

Please note that this is a self-employed role.  

Areas of Priority:

  • Analyze data using Microsoft Excel functions  
  • Tracking due dates for reports
  • Design online surveys for research and evaluation  
  • Create reports for client-facing presentations
  • Distill data results into comprehensible outputs through data management on survey platforms  
  • Collaborate with facilitators regarding the evaluation process  
  • Organize and manage department email inbox for survey and report requests  
  • Assist the senior analyst when necessary

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred  
  • Advanced analytic skills with experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to create and write reports  
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • MS office skills in advanced level (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Survey creation skills with LimeSurvey, SurveyMonkey, & SPSS
