Service Operations Assistant – US focus

About the Role:

We are seeking a new member to join our global, virtual Service Operations Team. Working in close collaboration with colleagues you will provide service operations support to our clients, facilitators, and client managers in the US and internationally.

Specific to this role, it is essential to be service oriented and have a strong attention to detail, the ability to deliver work to a high-quality standard and to exhibit excellent virtual communication skills.

Interest in and practice of mindfulness is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture.

We are looking for someone who can commit to 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This position is ideally suited to someone in the US time zones. Please note we can only accept self-employed applicants as this is a contract position.

Areas of Priority:

  • Day-to-day coordination and administration of non-Key Account client deliveries;
  • Liaison with clients, client managers and facilitators to ensure successful fulfillment of client deliveries;
  • Technical support and production of online programs and events;
  • Administration of internal meetings, documents and platforms;
  • Working closely with Service Operations Team and attendance of team meetings

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrates a passionate approach in offering the highest service to our facilitators and clients
  • Demonstrates a highly collaborative, service oriented, team-player mind-set
  • Experience in administrative duties and working knowledge of SharePoint, MS Office, Zoom, Webex, MS Teams (other platforms are a plus)
  • Experience in client facing roles is strongly preferred
  • Experience in Project Management and/or Coordination, or Program Management and/or Coordination is strongly preferred
  • Can thrive working independently in a virtual, global organization
  • Able to cope with uncertainty and change
  • Able to prioritize effectively
  • An excellent level of English, both spoken and written. Other languages considered a plus
  • Strong attention to process and detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Having a daily personal meditation practice
  • Your location is ideally in the US time zones
  • A commitment of 15-20 hours a week, Monday through Friday
