  • Enrique Escauriaza

    Enrique is an Executive Coach and an expert in Leadership. Teaches mindfulness skills and stress reduction techniques at IESE Business School and in large corporations in Spain. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and an MBA by IESE. He has been practicing mindfulness techniques for more than 12 years. Currently based in Barcelona, Enrique has lived and worked in Pondicherry (India) and in several countries and Latin America. Enrique works effectively in English and Spanish.

  • Celia Pipó

    Celia began her career in marketing and business communication, following a technological path that led her to work in Microsoft for almost 20 years. She has held a wide range of Program Management, Engineering, Research, Partner and Customer Engagement roles across the company, leading projects in different markets with remote and diverse teams. Her interest in Mind training led her in 2009 to start a journey in mindfulness which she soon incorporate it in her professional life as a tool for leadership, communication, change and team management. Incorporating mindfulness was key for Celia to maintain focus, balance and enjoying the fast-paced, always-on work life. Familiarized with the global teams dynamics and with the benefits of mind training, she is now passionate about introducing mindfulness into the Corporate world to increase well-being, focus and Organizational Excellence. Celia works effectively in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

  • Diogo Rolo

    Following an initial academic training in Economics (BSc) and Finance (MSc), Diogo Rolo spent the following 7 years of his career doing investment banking in one of Portugal's leading banks, BPI, advising European and Australian institutional clients on Portuguese and Spanish equities. Since 2013 he has been working in high stress / high performance organizations, both 1:1 and with groups, having his work focused in 3 key areas: increasing resilience levels, implementing lasting change processes and developing leadership skills. Since 2016, he has been keen on using the Potential Project’s approach to mind training as a way to help build, and sustain over time, higher levels of both professional and personal performance.

  • Stephen Stynes

    Stephen has over 30 years global business experience and has held a wide range of leadership, entrepreneurial and consulting roles in US, Spain, Chile, Colombia & Ireland. He began practicing mindfulness in 2005. Since 2012 he has coached and trained hundreds of individuals and teams, helping leaders, entrepreneurs and executives to accelerate their personal and professional success using mindfulness based practices. Stephen´s core skills include working with leaders and teams in highly complex, fast paced environments through both group facilitation and one to one coaching. He works in both English and Spanish.

  • Emilia Domenech

    Executive Coach and consultant specialized in values-based Conscious Business and Mindful Leadership. Member of IESE Business School Coaching Unit has a wide experience in managing difficult conversations, self-leadership and stress management. Previously worked in the corporate world over 15 years. Emilia, a Spanish national, read law and holds an MBA from IE Business School.

  • Sylvia Sonnendrucker

    Sylvia is an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with an expertise in high performing teams. Previously, she worked for 20 years in the investment banking industry across the world. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and she is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Sylvia started to practice mindfulness 7 years ago. She is based in Madrid working in English, French & Spanish.
