  • Louise Chester

    Louise started practicing mindfulness in 1994. It helped her have balance in her life, while sustaining a pressured career in investment analysis and fund management, ultimately as Head of Research and then Global Sector Head for Dresdner RCM. In 2010, she formed Mindfulness at Work – a trusted advisor to corporations looking to enhance talent performance and wellbeing through mindfulness training and coaching. Since then, she and her team have been working strategically with organisations ranging from Ashurst LLP to JP Morgan, to enable many thousands of employees to access award-winning, highly-effective mindfulness at work training. Louise joined as UK Country Director of Potential Project in 2015, so that corporations in the UK could benefit from the ‘gold standard’ in corporate-based mindfulness training for teams and leaders. Louise is a member of the Mindfulness Association, has monthly supervision and commits at least 6 weeks a year to retreats with global leaders in the field of insight, compassion and embodied presence.

  • Erick Rinner, MBA

    Erick shares his time between Potential Project in Europe, while still chairing Milestone Investisseurs, his private equity firm. He has been in corporate finance for 26 years including 18 years in private equity. Erick's core skills include initiating change at board level, negotiation, advising management teams on value creation and leadership. He sits on the board of companies in London, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Erick trains leaders and executives in global companies for corporate mindfulness techniques. Erick has had a daily mindfulness practice for 10 years and is regularly on retreat. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School (Award for Excellence). Erick donates his corporate mindfulness training fees to karuna-shechen.org and www.globalnomad-tibet.com.

  • Jenni  Elise Toulson

    Jenni is the Service Operations Director with Potential Project International and a Senior Consultant and Trainer with the UK team. Her experience is founded in programme and project management having delivering organisational and transformational change in diverse settings across a range of industries. She is passionate about supporting individuals and teams build personal and interpersonal resilience to access greater awareness, clarity, self-reliance and focus. Trained in Mindfulness, Compassion and Emotional Intelligence to support organisations thrive, she teaches and trains in her local community as well as running workshops within organisations across the UK.

  • Heather Rachel Johnston

    Heather has 15+ years experience as a business coach and facilitator working across a wide range of industries including Professional Services, FMCG, Charity and Government. Heather was first introduced to mind training in 1999 and complements this with qualifications in cognitive behavioral coaching and is trained in MBSR. Heather is also an Artist and holds a degree in Economics from the University of St Andrews and an MBA from Henley Management College.

  • Dr. Nick Buckley, Ph.D.

    With a grounding in philosophy and psychology Nick’s professional career spans public administration, internet business and technology consultancy, market research and social media. He has worked with the UK Civil Service, Virgin Group, the BBC, FT.com, GfK and a wide range of organisations of all sizes and sectors. Over the last six years he has merged his commercial and academic interests by making mindfulness training effective and sustainable for the workplace. Nick holds a PhD in Philosophy.

  • Pamela Major

    Pamela’s first career was as a diplomat, living and working overseas in Beijing, Moscow and Berlin. Her last post in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office was as Head of Coaching. Since 2010, Pamela has run her own successful business as coach, trainer and consultant. Based on the benefits of her own mindfulness practice and her experience of working in a high-paced international environment, Pamela has delivered mindfulness training to dozens of workplaces and individual coaching clients.

  • Ros Boughtflower  MSc

    Ros is an experienced coach, facilitator, change agent and mindfulness teacher with over 25 years of experience. She has worked on change and innovation programs, and executive coaching to leaders in a wide range of international corporations and charities such as Merck, Body Shop, KPMG, Old Mutual Group, Arcelor Mittal and Womankind Worldwide. Her passion is the transformational power of Mindfulness. Her joyful and impactful approach, leaves a lasting impression with the many people she engages with. She holds a Masters in Responsible Business and combines Action Inquiry methodologies and Mindfulness based solutions to provide powerful and elegant solutions for the leaders and teams she works with. She is also a qualified and experienced coach.

  • Paul Wielgus, BA (Hons), MSc

    Paul spent his first career in national and global marketing positions before spending over 5 years leading an international team delivering innovative culture change and L&D solutions on behalf of the board of a FTSE100 consumer business. He is passionate about the transformational power of mindfulness and since 1994 it has become a key part of his life and work particularly in his executive coach role. He now integrates Mindfulness into his work as a leadership coach and team facilitator. He works across a broad spectrum of sectors with international businesses, the public sector and NGO. These include Merck, KPMG, Virgin Atlantic, Environment Agency, Royal Mail and Cancer Research.

    With a masters in Responsibility and Business Practice, he also integrates Action Inquiry principles alongside a pragmatic approach to development. His broad experience and sense of humour make him highly effective and popular with his wide range of clients, many of whom have worked with him for more than a decade.

  • Daniel Stane

    Daniel specialises in developing mindful and inclusive leaders in diverse global organisations. With 20 years of business experience, Daniel is passionate about conscious business and has built a reputation as an inspirational facilitator with a practical and insightful style. Daniel integrates an application of mindfulness, inclusion, cross-cultural awareness and emotional intelligence to support executives to develop a more conscious, sustainable and human approach to leadership.

  • Sandrine Gouallier

    Sandrine spent 20 years in international corporate businesses leading change management initiatives, process redesign & business transformation as well global accounts service management. In parallel to her career, she has undertaken training in Mindfulness and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) in order to become a mindfulness teacher. She is also preparing a master in Mindfulness at Bangor University (North Wales). She is now dedicating her time to deliver mindfulness programs to general public and businesses. She is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge to contribute to a better world and workplace. She has been practicing yoga and meditation daily since 2007 and regularly goes on silent meditation retreats in order to deepen her practice.

  • Jane Grafton, MBA

    With a background as a Major in the British Army, Jane's career has taken her around the globe for two decades. She has been working as a mindfulness coach, senior HR advisor and corporate trainer in large corporations in Asia, USA, and Europe. Jane has been involved with mind training since 1992 with a specific focus on applied mindfulness in the workplace and professional development.

  • Richard Armes

    Richard has worked in financial markets for over 20 years, in investment banking at JPMorgan & Morgan Stanley, and as a Hedge Fund portfolio manager. Alongside his work with the Potential Project, he still provides consultancy and coaching services to some of the largest hedge funds in Europe, as well as being actively involved in mental health education initiatives and charities.
