With a career in international telecom business spanning more than a decade, Teetta has been working with change and leadership-, team-, and organizational development in various countries in Europe and Latin America. As an experienced mindfulness practitioner, she found her passion to utilize her experience in supporting organizations and individuals for high performance and currently she is working as a trainer, coach and facilitator.
Heljä Ora holds a MA in Social Sciences. She is an organisational consultant and solution focused coach. She has a long background in the philosophy and practice of mindfulness. She has been teaching and training mindfulness in corporations and public administration since 2006.
Douglas is a business communications consultant from the US, teaching in the public and private sectors around the globe, with over 20 years of experience. After noticing an increase of anxiety and lack of focus within his clients at their workplace, he began offering techniques that reduce stress and promote productivity. After a decade of offering these programs as a certified teacher, he has now enthusiastically jumped on-board the Potential Project team.
Tiina Rantakokko is a mindfulness-trainer, Ms. in Science and CEMS MIM. She has over 17 years of experience in the fields of marketing, business operations and service innovations in Finland and abroad. Past years she has been working within edtech sector, currently as a COO and startup entrepreneur. She has been practising mindfulness for the past 8 years, seeing its benefits in her daily life.
Heli is a mindfulness trainer, solution focused work counsellor, career coach and MA from Faculty of Communication Sciences. Heli’s background is in media and publishing industry with 20 years of experience. She has strong experience in management and personnel development in international business environment. She was first introduced to presence practises in 2010, and graduated from her first, two-year mindfulness trainer training in 2014. Her passion is to work for more compassionate and productive work life.
Erja is a senior trainer with Potential Project. She loves to train and loves to coach. She has extensive experience in international ICT company and also in health sector mainly finding herself in big changes and development projects. Now one of the most important things is working with meaningful topics like wellbeing, life balance and performance. Mindfulness came to her life about 10 years ago and newer left. Family includes 3 kids, she is also happy owner of a dog named Nekku and a cat named Joy.
