About the Role:

As a Senior Leadership Architect, you will lead client-facing teams in client development and design, and deliver leadership development programs in large, global organizations. You will facilitate transformational journeys that enable top teams and leaders at all levels to harness the full potential of their mind and lead with both humanity and performance.

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, and you can work in US and European time zones. A dedicated contemplative practice is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our talk.

You Will Focus On:

  • Lead client engagements from end-to-end
  • Drive client development and build lasting client relationships 
  • Lead agile, client-facing teams to discover leadership and organizational needs and develop innovative leadership development programs
  • Facilitate leadership development workshops with executives at all levels 
  • Create new thought leadership in how we support leaders
  • Mentor and develop colleagues to grow as leadership development professionals
  • Advise clients on a wide range of topics regarding their leadership development systems and architectures

You Will Bring:

  • 8+ years in professional services or professional training and coaching, with proven expertise in at least 2 of the following domains: Leadership Development, Design Thinking / Learning Design / Program Design, or Strategy Consulting
  • Extensive personal meditation/personal development practice in excess of 5 years
  • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred
  • Accredited leadership development facilitator and/or coach (e.g., ICF ACC)
  • Self-starter with an exceptional sense of ownership, ability to work in a Boutique organization and to thrive in high-pressure client situations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams with operational discipline
