How it works

01

Complete the survey

Complete a confidential survey. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

02

Invite 3+ colleagues

Nominate at least three people who know your leadership well, such as direct reports, peers, or your manager. They will receive a separate survey that takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Your responses are confidential

Your responses and your colleagues’ responses will be kept strictly confidential. Potential Project will use only anonymous, aggregated data in its research. You will not receive an individualized report with feedback, and neither will your organization.

Your participation will contribute to a broader body of research on ego and leadership. As a thank you, we’ll send you a complimentary copy of the book when it is published.
