In 2018, Unilever went in search of a global partner to help them embody their Standards of Leadership and to imbed their purpose at the individual, team and corporate levels. They needed a partner who could work with them at scale and at speed.

After an initial pilot program brought great feedback from leadership participants, Potential Project was selected to partner with Unilever on the development and delivery of a diverse range of leadership programs, workshops, executive retreats and global webinars for employees across the organization both online and in person.

One of the most successful programs - The Inner Game of Leadership - is a transformational, 24-hour executive leadership retreat which, since its launch, has been consistently oversubscribed and to date has been attended by over 500 senior leaders in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
