A five-module program delivered on-demand or virtually
The program teaches how to rewire the brain to cultivate a Resilience Mindset. Every session explains the science behind why resilience is difficult and how we can overcome some of our natural neurological processes. It includes practical strategies for increasing resilience in our daily work lives. The program can be delivered virtually through Potential Project’s 200+ global trainer network or accessed as a self-directed learning program.
Sessions focus on helping leaders to be more calm, clear and focused so they can support themselves and their teams. Modules include: Mental Effectiveness for Leading, Taking Care of Self and Others, and Mindfully Leading Virtual Teams. The sessions are designed to build connection, community and peer support during these challenging times. They can be offered to teams as they include a focus on how to work effectively in a virtual environment.
